Hartridge Training Terms & Conditions
1. Hartridge will assess the skill level & experience of participants against pre requisites to ensure a course is wholly appropriate.
2. Receipt by Hartridge of a Training Booking Request is not confirmation of acceptance to a course.
3. Please do not make travel arrangements until written confirmation of participant acceptance is received from Hartridge.
4. A completed Booking Request and Purchase Order will be required before bookings can be confirmed.
5. Dates and agenda are dedicated to these courses. Scheduled courses can not be altered to individual needs
6. Hartridge will be pleased to provide a quotation for any tailor made training requirements in the UK or internationally.
7. Please wear comfortable clothing that is safe in close proximity to operating equipment.
8. Other PPE will be provided whilst onsite eg Footwear, Jackets, Safety Glasses, Gloves, Ear Defenders, Masks when necessary.
9. Scheduled Courses are held at the Hartridge Training Centre in Buckingham, UK.
10. Max. 8 participants per course. Places are allocated on a first come first served basis.
11. Courses & Course Materials are provided in English language. Other languages or translators are available, extra costs maybe required.
12. Please notify Hartridge at the time of booking of any special needs we can help with during the course.
13. Scheduled Course times - 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday (8.30am to 12.30pm Friday)
14. During the course Hartridge provides light lunches, refreshments & transfer between a local hotel and Hartridge.
15. The course price excludes all other expenses such as flights, airport transfers, accommodation & subsistence.
16. Hartridge can help with arrangements for accommodation, airport transfers & local knowledge.
17. Hartridge reserve the right to modify the dates of the courses at anytime - Delegates will be informed in advance.
18. In the event of the necessity to reschedule a course, Delegates with be given a minimum of 2 weeks notice.
19. Bookings will only be accepted on credit terms if accounts are within agreed limits.
20. If the quotation requests advance payment, the booking is not confirmed until payment is received.
21. Cancellation Policy: If a participant cancels attendance within 2 weeks of the start date of a training course.
22. Hartridge will invoice the participant for any associated costs.

Hartridge Quotation Terms and Conditions
Audits
Hartridge equipment requires a Service prior to calibration. If Hartridge has not been asked to perform the service and therefore consequential labour is required to bring the bench up to a standard so an audit can take place, labour will be additionally charged.
Investigation/Repairs
On Site Repairs: A quotation includes the investigation of a reported issue. An Engineer will assess the equipment and report his findings. If time allows and parts are available onsite an engineer will work towards a repair. However, a repair during this site visit can not be guaranteed. Certain repairs and/or equipment may not be possible at a customer site and will need to be returned to Hartridge for repair Equipment Assessment at Hartridge: An Assessment will provide a short report of each piece of equipment. If a repair is possible, following the assessment we will provide a subsequent quotation for an actual repair. Acceptance of equipment for assessment can not guarantee a repair. It may not be possible to identify all faults during an initial assessment and subsequent quotes might be necessary. Parts will not be ordered until Hartridge have an official Purchase Order from the customer. There may be a lead time on the parts required. Please allow 14 working days from acceptance of the quotation and receipt of the equipment an Hartridge for the Assessment Repair at Hartridge: A quotation for repair is given following an initial assessment of the equipment. During a repair as further parts of the equipment become operational additional faults may become apparent. If this is the case Hartridge will immediately contact the customer with a subsequent repair quote before proceeding. It may not be possible to fully repair all equipment. Hartridge will require all related items in addition to the equipment for repair. Please allow up to 4 weeks from acceptance of the repair quotation to shipment Not all Hartridge equipment can be repaired. A repair service is not available where we can supply service exchange items. Hartridge will provide information as to which equipment can or can not be repaired. Items that are now obsolete and/or are no longer currently manufactured are of a particular risk and a repair is only accepted in certain circumstances and always at the discretion of Hartridge. These repairs will likely carry limited or no warranty and the work of our engineers will carry a disclaimer in respect of any damage caused to the equipment by Hartridge during an assessment or repair process Please note that even if the equipment cannot be repaired Hartridge we still invoice labour, parts and shipping as quoted if costs have already been incurred.
Installations & Commissioning
Before we plan any visit to site, Hartridge will ask for confirmation of the readiness for installation & commissioning by the return of a Pre Visit Inspection Form and in many cases also a visual skype call to confirm the status of the Workshop, Services & the Equipment.
General
Shipping will be invoiced in addition to the work/parts quoted. Should it be found that additional work or parts are required, we will inform you immediately and quote as necessary. This may well involve subsequent chargeable site visits Delivery times and costs of parts will be estimated and are subject to change.
This quotation is estimated. For example any costs of accommodation, subsistence, hours or parts required can not be confirmed until after the visit has taken place. Actual expenses will be invoiced post visit and any over payment will be refunded/will remain on account.
Standard Working Hours are an 8 hour day. Time on site in addition to this will be invoiced at an overtime rate.
If it is necessary for equipment, tools and/or parts to be shipped to site for this visit. The customer is requested to return all items to Hartridge (using the instructions given) within 7 days of the site visit. Failure to return parts/equipment will result in the necessity to invoice the customer so that parts/equipment can be replaced.
Should scheduled dates be cancelled/deferred by a Customer, Hartridge will invoice to recover any expenses if they have already incurred.
Site Visits: Upon receipt of confirmation of an Official Purchase Order, and if stated agreed funds, Hartridge will be pleased to schedule a mutually convenient date for a site visit. There may be a lead time of 2-4 weeks depending upon the demands of engineers at the time of planning, the availability of parts and cost effective travel.
Site Visits: Can only be undertaken by the upon advice given by the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office and Corporate policy at the time of travel.
Training: Hartridge Engineers speak English and all training and communication will be in English Language. Participation in training is not a guarantee of competence, all technicians will be assessed.
Hartridge Engineers should be accompanied at all times onsite by an English speaking Technician.
Appropriate PPE and a Risk Assessment is mandatory when a Hartridge Engineer is onsite.
Payment Advances are Non Refundable unless the visit or work is cancelled by Hartridge Ltd.
